I believe that it is a great experience to every student and Star Academy provides an opportunity of once in a lifetime to be and do everything you can for your bright and fulfilling careers. The university is a great experience and a platform for interacting with people and learning from different people.
Entrance Preview
Criteria for admission - 12th pass, subjects Physics Chemistry maths, compulsory eye test and physical fitness test. I was recovering from my ailment but it was temporary so they considered my application.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is a mix of tough and easy. The internals exams are full of surprises. Sometimes too easy and sometimes nightmarish. After 1st year, most of the faculty members aren't very cordial, though some are gems. Attendance isn't a major issue in the case of class lectures, while the norms are stricter for lab attendance.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides many internship opportunities to the students as well as job opportunities in various good companies. Approximately 10% students got the internship last year.
Placement Experience
Not heard much about placements from the seniors. But most probably there are very few companies which come during placements. The placement record of this college is not so good. If you are thinking about placements and internships, then this college is not for you. You will have to find them on your own.
College Events
The fest and the fresher programme are the most interesting and memorable things in our college. There are also football competitions and a tech fest taking place. The laboratories are air-conditioned, and 24 hours generator support is also there.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Neither very high nor low,fees for the course is moderate that is 4,10,000 including tution fee, registration, security, uniform charges. If you want to go for hostel, pay 36000 per semester which is high when compared with the rooms they provide.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, Star Aviation Academy does not any requests for concession or scholarships. You have to pay the full amount. Loan service is not available by the college though you can apply for loan from outside.
Campus Life
The college has a well-built infrastructure, which has been planned very well to suit the needs of the students. The college has Wi-Fi facility across the campus. It also has a state of art library and a multi-level reading hall. Highly efficient labs, along with well-trained staff, enhance the overall learning experience.
Hostel Facilities
The campus also has medical facilities and an ATM machine. The hostels are very nicely built and have all sorts of facilities required. Hostel rooms are clean and good and good place for leisure and recreation. I have not face any problems related to infrastructure.
Alumni/Alumna
My experience with the alumni is very good. They all are of helping nature and well qualified. We met them at alumni meet. And I personally contacted them through linkedIn.
Exam Structure
The evaluation pattern, subjects and courses may vary from other colleges and universities. The college is pretty good but the rules and regulations are some problems when we won’t adjust to it.
Faculty
Excellent faculty with vast expertise is there. The faculty members at the university is friendly, helpful and always ready to help the students to be better in their curriculum as well as any other extracurricular activity. The teaching methods used here are modernised and the university aims to have its students trained in new courses pertaining to the latest technologies in the market.
