Remarks

I choose Dhanamanjuri College of Arts because it is one of the best colleges in Manipur, and I love the General line Course. I was inspired by my seniors, to select the college and to choose the subject combination.

Course Curriculum Overview

About the course I feel it is good, I gain much knowledge from this course and help me to enlighten my mind. One of the facilities are respected Sir Santikumar Sharma, Sir Moirangthem Priyobratta and Sir Saranggajit.

Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Placement Experience

About the placements and job opportunities our college has a high profile in our state Manipur. Almost prominent figures of our state are from Dhanamanjuri College. That is why it has a high regard and respect by people of Manipur.

College Events

Our college campus performs many extracurricular activities like Fresher's meet, Teachers' Day celebration, Personality Development Program, Blood Donation Camp, National Service Scheme Camp, etc. During this events voluntarily young energetic students are contributing their participation.

Campus Life

Our college infrastructure is neither not too bad nor not too good. Almost semi pucca structures are used for classroom, laboratory, library etc. The library size is quite enough for our strength of the students. During our period there was no wi-fi facility.

Unforgettable memories

Fees and Financial Aid:

Although my was poor but my family always support me to finished graduation at any cost. For year there was 2 exam (1st year) every exam I payed 2000rs to 2500rs as a examination form fillup fee. For every year I payed admission fee of 3500rs to 4500rs continuously for 3 consecutive years.

Placement Experience:

From 3 semester students become eligible for campus placement. The name of the companies which visited are ICICI Bank Newgen Tata digit etc. 85.9% of cse student got placed. The highest package was 42 LPA and average package is 8to 11 LPA. I wanted to start my own company. Our college also provide us the experience by giving us internship opportunity.

IIIT MANIPUR , YOU SHOULD OPT. OR NOT?

Placement Experience:

Placements are overall good for CSE departments. Average package is 10-12 lpa,and placement percentage is also about 76 % not all placement are campus based some are off campus placement .This is too less as compased to other IIITs .The placement in ece department is about 8-10 lpa which is also very less compared to other IIITs.

I chose my course because I'm good at it than other course. And I'm quite interested in this too. The teaching method could be improved by focusing more on practical than just about theory. The frequency of exam is good it doesn't give us pressure.

The syllabus is based on the new NEP 2020.So it is well rounded.For exams we must prepare for internal assesment as well as projects.And it is a must.The students have to give the exam in time.If not they will get back exams .And there is some fine.

NIT Manipur : Opportunity to the best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As arts students during my +12 course and economics was also in it(course). I chose economics considering my background. And it was fun and interesting for me to study. All of my teachers were M.phill+ Phd and well experience in teaching. The method of teaching was good and teach in way that help the students to well understood The exams were held every after four months of course in each semester. There was no difficulty to pass the exams if the students attend the lecture regularly

The Insights of Dhanamanjuri College of Arts

The whole process of admission was quite good, the questions were MCQ-based. The teachers were also strict during the test and didn't allow any sort of cheating in the process. The questions were not so difficult, yet not so easy. The course that I was entering was English Honours. and it had the highest cutoff in comparison with other courses as the maximum students applied for English Hons. More than 500 students applied for English Hons. But only 240 of us managed to secure the seats. The English Hons. It was a 4-year-long course, and the application form was available on the college website along with the submission date. As I belong to SC, I got the seat due to my reservation. The only improvement I want to see in the admission process is to allow form submission on the college website itself instead of manually submitting in the college counter, which was too crowded and took a lot of time....Read More
