NMIMS Review

Campus life is extremely rewarding and pleasurable. There are clubs for marketing, finance, operations, dance, dramatics, fashion, and singing, as well as a cultural cell called Nepathya that organizes cultural festivals like Euphoria, which takes place once a year and attracts well-known performers. A competition is analogous to MR.NMIMS and MISS exist. The NMIMS program is quite competitive. Other sporting events, such as Arcadia and various sports leagues, are also held. As a result, it achieves the optimal mix of extracurricular and academic activities.

Although the program is demanding, the faculty is excellent. The faculty-to-student ratio is roughly 1:18, and NMIMS uses the trimester system, in which exams are given every three months. There is a total of 6 trimesters in 2 years. The professors are approachable and helpful. There are also mid-trimester assignments, such as presentations, quizzes, or case discussions.

For first-year students, there are various internship possibilities. The maximum stipend is 1.5-1.6 lakhs per month, with an average of around 70000 to 80000. Sales positions, auditors, and other occupations are all available at companies. Microsoft, Dabur, Google, Genpact, Wipro, Wipro CCLG, GS, Crisil, and others are among the companies that have visited.

The placements are fantastic. Last year, the average package was 18. lakhs. This year, it'll almost likely climb. We only had eight days to complete final placements for all 550 students this time. The biggest remuneration package is in the region of 35-40 lakhs. Other firms that visit campus include Microsoft, Jubilant, Genpact, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and others. NMIMS is assigned to almost every batch. I also aim to work for the Sales sector.

This is the academic fee, which includes the cost of books, and it is 10.95 lakh every year for a total of nearly 22 lakh. On-campus, there are a few scholarships available for disadvantaged students from time to time. Government employees are also eligible for various scholarships. The scholarship may be available if one of the parents works for the government.

At the time of admittance, WAT and PI were present. The WAT is a 20-minute written aptitude test in which we must solve a case study and enter our answers. The PI was mostly based on profiles, with a few general knowledge questions tossed in for good measure. Both exams are easy to study because sample questions and videos are freely available on the internet, and coaching schools such as taking exist to assist students in their preparation.
