Entrance Preview

I scored 72 marks in CET exam of Maharashtra. I wanted to do a course in computer engineering so AIKTC seemed a better option for me.

Internships Opportunities

AIKTC has a very good experience in internships. A lot of companies have interned at this college like L&T and Microsoft. I'm still in first year so I don't really know about the stipend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee should be paid at start of the year. The fee at AIKTC in very much affordable as compared to other colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is offered by The Government of Maharashtra. It offers 25,000 Rs each year for all students.

Hostel Facilities

It doesn't have a hostel. Mess food is the Best. It has a wide variety of Indian, Chinese, desi, mughal, western variety of food. The quality of food is just BEST. And even affordable too.

External Expense: Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Admission

The admission process was initiated by DTE MAHARASHTRA. It was an online admission process consisting of 4 rounds. I got selected in the 1st round itself.

Faculty

The faculty at AIKTC is just the best. The college of engineering started on 2011 so that's a latest start. The teachers are well experienced and the interiors of the college are very new new. The college has so many labs and all the instruments in there are quite new and kinda 'unrusted' lol.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

i had seen Companies visiting like Entrata, Airtel, Honeywell etc..... Highest package till now for currently year is 15 lacks. I had also seen students who are doing interships and are placed there only.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.
