For addmission they conduct their exam called gptu.if you are in under AIR 2000 RANK then you can get addmission surely in any one of branch but if you want cs it then you have to in top 200-500....this criteria is for general students only.But they also take direct addmission on the basis of your 12th marks or jee mains percentile.if your marks is good then you can take addmission without giving any entrance exam.

I choose ECE because I'm interested in communication systems but in my 3rd year I realized that it is the toughest branch that I have chosen???? jokes apart if you're joining btech then your aim and interest will be playing an important role so, take the branch wisely.the faculty ratio in Abu is good but I think improvement is needed. Qualification:-All faculty members are well qualified all have completed their PhD's in the relevant field which they teach.Not All teachers teaching methods is good only few have good teaching skill. Exam is difficult to pass but if you have notes and assignment then you can easily pass the exams.

In the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement. this year many companies visited Abu for campus placement such as TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Adobe, Siemens, Samsung, Oppo, and many more. They are giving a handsome amount many students are placed this year many other companies are in pipeline for placement highest package offered is 21 lakh in gbu. from our department there 90% placement.in 2020 ratio was down and it is 30-40% but his year placement is on the boom.

Fees of 2019 batch 52000/sem Hostel+mess-65000/year Fees of 2020 batch-65000/sem Hostel+mess-75000/year Fees of 2021 batch-75000/sem Hostel+mess -75000/year Note- for sc/St student fees is 50% less. Scholarship is UP scholarship and nsp fill your form and submit the form with all required documents in admin office they will forward it to DSW office to verification and afterthat you'll get scholarship.There is no financial assistance but for those who's mother or father died due to covid19 they wavied of their 1-sem fees.

Annual fest of gbu (Abhivyanjana) will be held in the month of October/November,All course book is available in the library and they also have book banks in which the student can take 3 book of their branch related for whole semester without paying any charge,but the student will be charged 5rs/day if they not returned book before due date.If student need more book then they issue book from student ID card for 15 days.overall library experience is totally awesome.Classroom are in very good condition they are Fully Air conditioned. extra curricular activities-In gbu we have all type of sport's court we have 1 indoor stadium too,gbu have activity room for dancing,singing so they have all the things that we need but they don't have proper guidance. there are many social group and club such as( Drama club,debate club, robotics club,tech club,etc)

The hostel facility is pretty awesome you have 24*7 power and free internet with good speed single seating room with attached balcony. room is good enough for single persons. infra is good, mess quality is (thik-thak) but at this price it is reasonable, quality of mess food is not that much good but it is tolerable @this price. gbu is a residential University so at the time of admission you have to submit your hostel and mess fee after taking addmission they will give you a room allocation date,on room allocation day after completing some official formalities your room will be allocated.
