Entrance Preview

UPTU (now AKTU ) i scored around 200+ but dont know exact marks now. Choosed this college as it is best college for engineering in Meerut, and was close to my home and good faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is good only problem is odd sem are short and have to study even those subjects a engineer of that stream need not to study as per me (For eg- whats need of learning chemistry for computer engineering student).In short sentence all is good if that helps me in future.

Internships Opportunities

yes ,internships are provided but dont know much as i am 2 year student only ,but as per my seniors its great and experienced people when teaches u something in field work area it gets like u need to earn it.

Admission

Through UPSEE(UPTU) counselling.I did choice filling online then after choice filling i was allotted college i choose MIET and after that document verification was done at MIET and after that i went with my allotment letter to college and was allowed admission after that.

Faculty

Faculty is very helpful and amazing but there are always some exceptions some teacher i couldn't get along with and most student were not able to. I am a average student overall because i love studying only my stream related subjects so teachers dont support that as mentioned above same issue of studying non woe thy subjects.

Affordable college with good placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose BTech because I wanted to explore how real world works with technology and to know the insights of technology. The college mostly provides theoretical knowledge and not the practical knowledge refraining us from more exposure to real world problems. If the course is shifted from theoretical to practical it'll be really helpful. Two exams are conducted per semester, and the difficulty level is moderate.

Placement Experience:

From 6th Semester students are elligible for Campus placements. The Median package is around 4.5 LPA. Some good companies giving students package of around 10 LPA also visit our college whereas some mass recuriter companies like also visit our college are TCS, Infosys, wipro and cognizant. Here, In this College Placement percentage is good and around 80-90% student get placed.

from seventh semester student s becomes available for placements thre are lots of sales company and some tech companaies also that visited in out college there are lots of offers made throught these companies highest package offered was 1.21 crore and average salalry is 4 lakh 60 to 70 percent if students are getting placements through this placement season my future plan is to gather some money through job an srtart my own bussiness.

Our curriculum gets better from this year as so many changes occur due to college become autonomous Like a better coding platform bought by college for student i.e. CODETANTRA and some subjects of 2nd year introduced in the 1st year like COLD and DSTL , Promoting students to participate in Hackathon by mailing to the students about each and every big or small hackathon . Giving them free attendance for that thing . The frequency of exams are about 20 days .

Best college in Meerut
