Remarks

Overall I liked the college, it provided me all the facilities and platform for a good future.

Entrance Preview

I took admission through UPSEE counseling . My score was very less out of 500 I got only 257 . My rank was also not good. So I got this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The RKGIT library has thousands of books which enjoys backup from the prestigious American Central Library and British Council Library, New Delhi through its memberships. Course structure is based on APJKTU syllabus, our college help and encourages the students in research work and project. Financial assistance is also provided for financially weak students. Meritorious students are awarded with cash prizes.

Internships Opportunities

No, our college doesn't provides internship but it provides industrial visits in different industries of IT sector and manufacturing industries time to time.

Our college faculty members are very well qualified. Qualification of faculty members are having M.Tech,MSc and some are pursuing their PHD. They are involved in many research works and many have published their journals . Some of Our faculty members are from alumnis of IITs.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
