Remarks

Any student who is a graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of 50% marks is eligible for this course. Students need to qualify in IPU CET for Bed also. Application forms are available on the university website or college websites also. The admission process is good but it's difficult to get admission in the Bed course due to high competition.

Course Curriculum Overview

To be very frank I did this course because I want to become a government school teacher. I want to make a better education system in government schools. The college has an ample number of faculty for each subject. Faculty are supportive and they guide students in the right direction. The way of teaching is also good. Term exam is difficult to pass because the teacher set hard question in the exam.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

B.ed is two year course. This course has high demand so fees are also high as compared to other courses. Total fees were around 150000 for two years. Students need to pay fees on yearly basis. I think college should provide the option to pay fees semester basis also so that student can easily arrange their fees.

Campus Life

We have lots of fun during the annual fest of college. College campuses do not have huge open space for the book other ground for annual fest. The mostly annual fest is conducted in Feb or March month every year. The Library of the college is very good but it's open for only a limited period of time so they should increase the opening timing. The classroom is like A grade business school. There are many social groups in college. Every student gets a chance to participate in any club.

Poor infrastructure, average faculty and not-so-happening campus life

Placement Experience:

Students in B.ed course become eligible to take jobs in the last semester i.e 4th semester. The college does not provide any placement in our course instead students themself have to mail and contact different schools to secure a teching job. Average package a student can expect depends on many factors like their subjects, qualifications and skills. On an average one can expect around 6lpa in private sector. For securing jobs in government schools Students have to clear exams like DSSSB etc where average package ranges from 10 -12 lpa. Many of my seniors are doing jobs in private schools as techers while some teach online and have their you tube channels. I am planning to do masters in English literature from DU to increase my knowledge and job opportunities.

This Collage is not so good.
