Remarks

There is no entrance test for admission as soon as you come out of your +12 you can join the college based on your interests. The application fee may vary based on the course but it isn't much. I released this year i.e 2018 - 2021 batch. The application took place probably between June and August. There are no reservation benefits as the fees are the same for all the categories. I felt if there could be any fee concession based on the earlier results. The fees are neither much.

Course Curriculum Overview

Basically, I'm from a science background so it made me choose this group. I found the college good in teaching, the faculty is good at interacting and understanding students issues. Mostly the faculty are of PhD or MPhil in qualification. Similar to other colleges 3 yrs of study include 6 semesters with 2 mid examinations each semester.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 22000 per year

Placement Experience

As I just said for students from science backgrounds getting an opportunity or placement is a bit harder thing. Bank jobs or software side are best in placements. They will pay you a stipend of 25k to 30k as a starting salary. So it is better to go for Masters or govt. Based exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure changes based on the course. It varies from 20 - 25k. If you have a reservation you might get a scholarship of 10k as jagan anna vidya dheevena. There are many opportunities for maths and computer students rather than science. To be frank there are not many placements for science groups.

Campus Life

The college is best in sports and Especially NCC and NSS. Even the girls give their best in such activities. There is a lot of fun with fests conducted yearly once or twice. We even celebrate sports day. A wide range of competitions, English clubs can be seen. We have a big ground and a basketball court. The classroom and library facilities are good.

Placement Experience:

There are placement opportunities offered in the University but it is pretty low compared to private Universities. Companies like TCS, jio mart, Ramoji Film City often visit here for placements. As far as I heard the highest placement offered was 6LPA to an economics student. I plan to do MBA after my Retail management course.

The life in a modern Gurukul

Course Curriculum Overview:

The quality education along with life values and spiritual discipline that one needs in life is provided. This is not found in quality, elsewhere. The course is designed and planned very well throughout the semester. Each paper is dealt with in-depth. The majors that one chooses in the final year helps students to explore more projects and open-ended experiments The university maintains a 1:40 teacher to student ratio. Each student is individually monitored and guided by professors. The university makes sure to hire teachers only with good teaching experience and with a Ph.D. Their explanation and concept delivery are at par with excellence. The term exams are conducted on time. The midterm exams start around 1 months after the beginning of sem. Along with the theoretical exams, one has to also pass in practicals. There is no grace marking in any case. One cannot expect important questions and related priorities in the paper. The only time to time preparation and a strong grip on concepts help.
