Remarks

10+2 from a recognised board with 50% marks. Online as well as offline. Uttarakhand Domicile is applied in your fees for further discount in fees if you are a Uttarakhand resident. No, The Admission cell is really good and the process is also very easy.

I want to be a Filmmaker. There are a total 6 number of teachers in the department and they are phenomenal in their job and department carries a strength of 84 students. They all are qualified to Master's and PhD in their respective fields and use to teach us beautifully. Exams timing are punctual as well as not so easy to pass.

Insidee is an advertising company that offered me a filmmaker job with good opportunities and responsibilities. I worked on several documentary projects with Health Authority and other government projects.

Placement Experience

Last semester students become eligible for the placements. Wipro, Amazon are the most visited companies. 5 lakh per anum is the maximum package offered by the company and the student's percentage who get placed is 67%. My further plan after getting this degree is to work as an independent filmmaker.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total cost of the course is 85000 INR approximately which changes yearly. Uttrakhand residential students get scholarships from the domicile. I got a job from the campus in an advertisement company with a good stipend.

Campus Life

There's one YUVA fest and Cultural Fest which occurs every year. The library is full of books and journals. The classroom is calm and has a studios nature for students. There are many sports committees on the campus that are used to provide you with good sports exposure. Happy Pixel is run by mass communication students.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is very good. But I will not avail that because I want to do masters in my course. The companies like Aptara, Indigo, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank,Celebi Airport Services and many more companies like this and so many students had availed the opportunity.

Placement Experience:

From the 4 semester onwards students become eligible for placements. Companies like Dainik Jagran, India today, etc. hire from college. According to me, 70% of students are getting placed. I want to work as an anchor after getting the degree, even now I am working as an intern on a local digital news platform.
