Placements are like if u study its sure u will get a placement but if u got distracted and got in anything else so placement will not be urs.avg 6 8 Lpa,highest 55lpa but if u have heard of iter fraud news they just did fraud placements like by paying high amount of money to get in placement exam. many companies like TCS INFOSYS GOOGLE MICROSOFT ACCENTURE DELOITTE etc come every year. placement rate is 80 90%

After 3rd semester the students are eligible for internship but after 4th sem the students are eligible for Plecement. More the 95% students get the placements. Highest package is aprox Rs.4300000 and lowest is 300000. My plan is for higher studies after getting degree.

Third year itself is the Placement year as more start ups and internships happen and also companies love to recruit freshers. Companies like L&T ACCENTURE SCALE EDGE AMAZON GOOGLE MICROSOFT have made numerous offers for example last time L&T made about 61.7 % Placement. Overall each student gets placed here. I would rate five out of five about the curriculum of the giet university because it is more updated in comparison of other universities of odisha. The exams are taken in the gap of one and a half month. There is no need to update the curriculum

The curriculum of this university is updated and they conduct regularly test. The timing for 2 cycle tests is about one and a half month and the semester exam is conducted after 2nd cycle test. The level of exam is quite good and anyone can secure Good marks if they try hard

Placements are good here, I don't know much about it because right now I'm in first year only. But according to seniors the placement training starts from 3rd or 2nd year as compared to the course duration and even they have on campus and off campus placement also and the avg placement in of 4 lac.

Campus placement is quite decent, at my time recession is going on amid that a lot of senior got placed, getting placed is not a tough job here but getting a good placement at high salary and good position is competitive

IBM, Siemens, Philips and many other companies and even the chio makers and computer makers are also one of the main share holders in placements. For CSE department the average placements are of 15-20 lakhs but for our department the average drops down to 6 lakhs per annum.
