You have to give common entrance test of the guru gobindh singh university. Then you will have your result in about a month and will have to shortlist your college in the online list. Whether you get your desired college or not you have to pay 40 thounsand to be eligible for the next round or you can take your chances and fill your college list in spot couselling which ofcourse is in order with the rank you got at the cet.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am going to do mba in the near future so to groom myself I chose bba as it is less challenging course if you compare it others. The teaching facility is top class as they used to teach mba students and 99 percent of the teachers have ph.Ds. The classes are regular and you have maintain minimum 75% attendance to appear in internal and external exams. The internal exam has a bit of high difficulty level but it will prepare you for the externals .
Internships Opportunities
Many companies come here to get students as their intern for example times of india, digiemart. You also have to make a detailed project report about your internship and about the company in which you worked.
Placement Experience
At 5th semester you are eligible for campus placements. Companies do come here but you have to keep an eye which companies are willing to hire bba candidates. The average package is around 2.7 to 3.6 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees here were already at a high level but in 2019 they filed a petition to hike the fee so the fee in 2019 was increased by 14700 making it 1,01,100 which is very high for a b school. I don't think they offer scholarships and the placements are a tough deal to crack as companies comes here to get MBA qualified students
Campus Life
We do have a annual fest at the end of the march. Apart of this there are many extracurricular activities that happend quite often in the college. Be it a debate or musical things like this keep getting organised by the students. There are also clubs like csr, it, table tennis and many more
