Overall the remark for college is good and its good for all students as they provide opportunity to all the students equally.

Entrance Preview

JEE main and board are the exam through which we are selected for poornima university admission in b.tech in computer science branch and i score almost 150 marks in JEE main and 67% in cbse board.

Course Curriculum Overview

The structure of course is very good it offers different types of course and the level of course is very good the course is designed by mentioning the future availability b.tech, m.tech, phd, architecture. Mentorship system is a vision of our respected chairman sir Dr. S.M. Seth and director sir Sh. Shashikant Singhi. The origination of mentorship system leads to the best possible way of managing hostel by the students themselves.

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

My Life at Poornima University

I chose this university because my cousin also studied here and spoke highly of it. And after graduating he got placed with a very good package in TCS. It is also the best private university in Rajasthan according to data, he said. So when my scores were good enough for Poornima, I decided to apply here. I registered myself through their online portal and paid the 1200 rupee application fee.
