Remarks

If u are from out of Bangalore then don't join this college.this much i can say.

Entrance Preview

I had given JEE and got good rank but my parents suggested me to pursue my engineering from Bangalore(as job opportunity is more here). So I came down to Bangalore and took up this college suggested by my relatives for my BTech.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Course curriculum is good.each sem is consisting of 2 labs and 6 theory subjects(except last sem).In last sem we had 4 subjects, project and seminar. For first two semesters we had 5 theory subjects and two labs.Additional two electives are there whose marks are not be counted in your degree.u need to pass those subjects. That's all.

Internships Opportunities

College won't provide internship. If u ask any faculty and if u have really good academic percentage, may be u will get a chance but that is either paid or too long.In our time few friends of mine got selected in BSNL internship but that was for about 1.5 yrs long period.

Placement Experience

0.5

Placement cell is there in our college. In college entrance you will see a board listed almost all companies in India coming to our colleges for placement. In my entire 4 years journey i never see any company except HCL visited our college. In our time we are promised by college that placement training will be provided after that placement will be provided also which actually did not happen in reality. After few days of training it got closed don't know why!

College Events

0.5

All most all events are celebrated in college but that is also in South Indian style.I personally never attend any festival or event except Fresher's day. May be u will enjoy d events in college. Few technical seminars had conducted in our time which were helpful I must say.I attended all those.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is okay for CET student. If u r taking admission in management quota,it is recommended to not join this college.U can get admission some other good colleges.Per year Intakes in colleges almost 90% are of local students n 10% students are outsiders.

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually i don't have any knowledge about this.So won;t say anything.may be it is provided.u can check others reviews to get a clear idea about it.

Campus Life

3

seniors are very friendly. No ragging is there in college. No racism is there in college.Campus is very restricted.Labs are good in quality.Students by their won can conduct sports competition. But robotics, debates are never conducted in our time.Soft skill development which is very important now a days should be conducted in each and every college.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

Very poor and cheap hostel facility is provided for boys. For 7000INR per month,u will get hardly 2 piece chickens,1 egg without egg yolk in a week. All foods are in south indian style not only that they won't give u food properly.u need to go outside n have dinner to get calories.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are okay.they will help u in studies if u stay in hostel.Don;t know about any alumni students. So won't say anything about them.

Exam Structure

U need to write any two internals among 3 internals conducted by college and u need to get minimum 15 average in that.If u don't get that much also..don;t worry u can write IIT,funny right(it's internals improvement test). Externals are okay. But internals are very hectic i must say. Some kind of partiality is there I won't speak much about that.U join d college n u get to know about this.

Faculty

3.5

Faculties are very good.they are helpful as well as well behaved to students.few faculties are not so good as they are new comers in teaching profession. They usually don't take classes. If they come they will start telling inspirational stories of others which are no way helpful for others.

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
