Remarks
The admission process was pretty simple. We were given forms and brochures, we filled out the form both offline and online and submitted the same, and waited for the arrival of 3 merit lists. I applied for the BAF course and the cut-off was 79% , all the admission processes, fees, and other information were mentioned in the brochure itself.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose BAF as it provides various opportunities further. It was something new and included everything I am keen on. From my first year till my last year I got amazing faculty, the professors and teachers were amazing, always helpful and supportive, apart from studies the college also provide various extracurricular activities. We have 2 term exams every year with 2 unit tests.
Internships Opportunities
Apart from placement the college also provides internship opportunities. Many well-known and we'll suited companies internships are provided, many times the college itself provides internship in office.
Placement Experience
College undertakes placement drives in campus, companies come for interview , more than 50 companies appear for the same. You can go through the interview once you are in your second year , apart from in-campus placement drives, colleges also post placement offers via whatsapp official groups. The average package you get is 3-4lakh , which for a fresher is perfect. Many companies provide training before joining. More than half of the students get placement through this drive.
Fees and Financial Aid
My course i.e. BAF costs around 24k every year, which I think is worth taking into consideration the amazing faculty and environment. The college provided various scholarships and also financial assistance (for SC, ST, Tamil). And if you don't belong to neither of the category you were provided scholarship too. There were many placement drives from mid Third year. At the end of my TY I got a placement offer from college I even went for the interview and got selected too.So yes the campus provides various placement offers.
Campus Life
My college is specifically known for its big Fest, that is Alegria. This fest has many varieties of talents ,games and what not, we get to see big celebrities on our campus, we get to enjoy a lot. Apart from fest college is also keen when it comes to sports, it helds various sports even from basketball to football and what not. Talking about amenities, then college library has every book you need from study material to fiction. The computer labs are well settled to be in.The college gives every student to showcase it's talent , and has many grou such as fashion groups, dance group and each of them are handled by students only, we even have student council. So yes students are priority over here.
