Remarks

I am pursuing medical imaging technology course from this college. I came to know about this college through an agent. I enquired about this college and my course to respective students or interns to know more. Everyone gave a good response and I decided to choose this college. Admission was simple you can either take admission through an agent or direct. All you need to bring is your necessary documents of 10th,12th, passport size photos etc. I searched for other colleges for admission but the seat was so limited so I didn't get a chance. Srinivas university provides a lot number of seats for all courses so I got admission there. There is no minimum age for pursuing the respective course and the minimum marks are 55% in your 12th board exam. The admission process was easy, with no counselling or anything bring all the documents and then you can take admission for your course.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

They used to conduct course wise programs and overall arts and sports tournaments. So students and faculty are having fun even at their tight schedule. Faculties are so good at teaching and are friendly. Many of them are pg graduated from the best universities in Karnataka and are top rank holders. If you have any doubt about your subject they are ready to help you. They used to provide all the notes and important questions after class. Exams are 2 semesters for each year with 2 internal exams in between each semester. Exam pattern is easy as it is not Rajiv Gandhi university so you can score good marks by studying all the things taught by our faculties.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Many more companies are recruiting talented students from our college. I don't know about the stipend and all. You can ask the engineering or management about placement for more, as I am from medical background don't know well about the placement happening in college.

Placement Experience

2.5

And yeah placement is there for engineering and management students. Companies like byjus and more are recruiting students from our college. I don't know well about that as I am from an allied health course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure for my course is 172000 for the first year and 100500 for the rest of the years. They provide scholarships for the students who secured above 90% in the first year. And also provide education loans for all. Fees may increase slightly each year. I think fees are comparatively low in Srinivas university than any other college in Mangalore.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus surrounding is maintained well. For allied health course common subject is conduction in the lecture hall which is quite large for more no. of students to get seated. Extracurricular activities are conducted every year. The students who are pretty good at sports can participate in the cricket/football league that is conducted every year. Also, so many clubs and social groups are there to organise and conduct programs. The library in college has all kinds of books that you need for your studies. During exam periods you can utilise the library to study.

As there's is positive mentioned above, there's also some negative's. College won't have an good atmosphere, like peaceful campus. There's also no specific classrooms. the theory classes are taken inside college auditorium. As it is an hospital we should understand that.
