Remarks

I reached college through AKTU counselling. I availed SC quota only at the time of admission in college else there is no concession in college fees through quota. There was no marks criteria of intermediate marks. And also no criteria for minimum age. Counselling day was amazing best response from admission cell.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was very interested in programming and computer field from starting so i choose this stream. Faculty student ratio is perfect. We are class of 75 and there were lot of faculty members to give us proper knowledge. Faculty are well qualified and there skills of teaching are little relivent than expectation. Sessionals and Semester exam held timely. In every 6 months.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Each semester fees is Rs 40000. We have to pay it before the starting of college. After that fees hike is done in every 4 year. Total annual cost of course is 80000. We can avail scholarship through UP Scholarship there is no scholarship facility from College side. There is no campus placement or we can say only very hardly 5 percent of placement is done.

Campus Life

Annual fest named as Convergence Club or CVG Club that will held in month of December to January. Its a great event that is waited by every student. There is personal library of college campus in which we can avail the facility of study rooms and we can visit there at college time. And also facility of Central Library by University. There are many extra curricular activities like sports week in which whole week college organize every sports for students. Our college website is running by our senior's.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel room are too little in comparison of occupants alloted in room that is 3 students per room. Meal quality is very bad it can't be discussed in words. Menu is good but quality is worst so i would not like to recommend hostel mess. Registration process is quite simple first register through University portal for hostel after that verification of documents through respected warden and after approval you will able to pay fees and room will be allotted to you.

Hostel Fee: INR 33300 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Reality of Galgotias University

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

This college is very nearest to my hometown and it takes very less fees as compared to other engineering colleges that's why I take this college.
