The admission process at Lady Doak College is quote simple and online based. Applicants are required to just apply for the desired course and if they get in, they are given an online counselling session after which applicants will be allowed to decide if they want to stay or leave.

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for Lady Doak College due to its quality education and infrastructure facilities. Students are well taught by their teachers in a friendly manner and the proportion of students is moderate i.e. neither too small nor too big. The faculty there are professionals with a high level of education and students are taught in a way that enables them to grasp the concepts quickly and in case of queries the faculties are easily approachable. Exams are conducted at regular intervals on a formative and summative basis. The marks are divided proportionately between internals and semester exams which encourages students to ace their exams.

Internships Opportunities

Various internship opportunities are provided for students to enrich their knowledge and experience. Students undertake several projects to gain hands on experience. All these experiences will boost the resume and enable the student to stand out.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities from companies like Wipro, Citibank, HP and TCS are provided. The placement and career development there ensures that their students get placed in the company of their choice with their desired salary package. The highest package is around 40K and there are certain qualifications that the students must satisfy in order to qualify for placement like students must be free of arrears and must secure a percentage above 75%. Only selective students with high qualifications get placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure from 1st year till 3rd year is increased proportionately. But overall the fees for a year does not exceed Rs.50,000. Many scholarship opportunities are provided to students on various qualifications and the placement centre there avails numerous job opportunities to its students.

Best friendly college with quality education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.
