Remarks

Basically, there are two processes for admission 1. Threw ACPC 2. Management Quota I took my admission through an ACPC admission process round in which you have an ACPC rank which is allocated using your GUJCET and 12th board examination marks. The fees structure is the same for both processes.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are settled by the Gujarat Technological University which is follows the AICTE rules for education management. Faculties have a very friendly nature among students and are very helpful for each other.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In most the cases, Gujarat region companies are providing internship opportunities. Although, students get internship offers from outside the campus and perform very well. Cities like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot.

Placement Experience

There is a better Placement opportunity for the tech departments like information technology and computer engineering and aeronautical engineering. 60+ companies are listed for placement drive only for these two tech departments. Other departments have the least number Of companies. Hardcore engineering departments have the least placement opportunities. In IT and CE, department companies started placement drive from the beginning of the 7th semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total one academic fee is around 82000 INR. In which tuition fees are around 76000 INR and remaining is for the sports equipment, library access and magazine costs also annual functions fess are included in fees.

Campus Life

There are coding clubs in which students get some knowledge from senior and club coordinators. There are highly active sports quota that is fully engaged with the university tournaments in the state region and National level.

Hostel Facilities

The college does not provide a hostel facility. There is a private hostel in which you got all things except the canteen and mash. You have to go far about the 2 km for food or meal facilities. There is no hard registration process you have to only make a payment and the room is yours.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.

Many students don't get the opportunity as it only offers to those students who are good in there own field. Normally students become eligible for campus placements From 6th semester. Placement Experience:

Our college is hub for placement and almost 450++ small and big companies come here to hire student. Student will be eligible for placement in thier last year of degree. Few name to mention which company comes TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Assar, etc many more. For our branch 90% student got placement and overall of college 60% got placed. My plan after degree is placement.

Current Details of SVIT

Honestly I targeted SVIT, because it was near by vadodara, easy to travel and timings were also good enough to get adpoted with. The fews structure and environment their is much better than other colleges. The admission process is through ACPC, vacant quota, management quota and SC/ST quota. I got admission through vacant quota after 2nd round of ACPC. The cutoff for ACPC in Computer Engineering at my admission time was 5000. And for vacanct quota it was extended to 9000 after 3rd round of ACPC . The admission process was smooth.
