Entrance Preview

I scored 75% marks in BBA from Maharaja Surajmal Institute and my seniors suggested me to look into NIU when they discovered that i was looking for college to do my MBA in marketing.

College Events

NIU is a dull place in terms of events. The students are divided among each other and this creates problem in organisation of events and programs. The college creates a lot of hindrance in the path of funds when the students openly asks the management for funds to organize various events. During my time in NIU, there weren't a lot of events that took place and most of them because the management did not show any interest.

Hostel Facilities

My expereince in the hostel was not very good as there was always a rush and uncivilized amount of languages and movement during the morning ours. The water flow in the bathrooms were never consistent and the warden was bias to other students. I wasnt treated equally in the hostel like othet students and it dissatisfied me

Alumni/Alumna

The college never holds any alumni meet like other colleges, during my time i did not get to meet any alumni of NIU since they were never invited in the campus. I think the management of NIU should take initiative to hold Alumni meets every year where the previous students and faculties can come together and share ideas and experiences and due to this students will also learn a lot

Worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements of our college is good. Most of our seniors got placed in good organizations. Companies lying under fortune 500 also comes in our college for placement. And before internship each student have to go through a live project provided by the college which will help in deciding the specialization.

I Business Institute overview from the point of view of the student.

Placement Experience:

Students when they comes back from their summer internships, starts appearing for the internship interviews. The final interviews takes place months before the completion of the course. Companies like amul, delloit, amazon, meesho, flipkart comes in the campus for hiring. Many students get the PPO from their intership companies and they dont have to sit fot the final placements. the highest package offerd is 28LPA and the lowest rangese between 6 to 8 LPA. Almost 90 percent students get placed and rest opts for starting their own startups. After completing the cousre i want to place myself in a reputed company in a reputed designation, however through our curriculum i am also looking to start my own startup and work upon it simultaneously my job.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in the college as there is a new placement team hired. which is bringing the result. For my senior batch, companies like Amazon and Toyota came for hiring, and also companies from every domain are coming. The average package was around 9 LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because I like to interact with different people talk with then know about them. In marketing field it's very common which influence me to chhode this and I have taken finanace as 2nd specialization because I am from accounts background. This college is good for marketing placement also.

A good college for PGDM

Placement Experience:

From the 4th trimester, students are eligible for placement. There are some major companies like HUL, HCl, Dabur, Toyato and they are offering a good ampount to the students like 11 LPA, 12 LPA and also they are coming for higher package like 18 LPA. College have 100% placement record.

All about NIU

the other colleges i applied was through counselling of AKTU but i was not able to get CS in the colleges I applied. also i visited this college and really find it affordable and liked it as it offered me CS directly. yes I got rejected in some colleges I applied as my score of JEE was not 90 percentile+. here at NIU the admission process is really simple.
