Entrance Preview

IIT JEE and I scored lesser marks so I am not eligible in any of these exams. So I tried Anna university Chennai and attended counselling and selected kamaraj college of engineering and technology and I am doing my final year so far this college done good to me.

Course Curriculum Overview

No it is not research based they are always concerned with the results so they never give any opportunities for research it is really bad because they never allow us to participate in other college events in working days. They never give permission.

Internships Opportunities

No they don't.which is Anna university Chennai results based teaching which is not going to be of any use in the future. So they don't care about internship.

Placement Experience

They bring companies for computer science engineering students so for we have attended only one interview. Which is based on our core and just 6000 per month which is really not fair and they bring software companies which provides the package mostly around 2 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they offer scholarships so nothing to complain about that.

Admission

I tried Anna university Chennai and attended counselling and selected kamaraj college of engineering and technology and I am doing my final year so far this college done good to me . First I attended counselling based on the cutoff marks and this college is available for my cutoff marks so I went for it.

After completion of 7 semester students only have to criteria for attending the campus interview. Campus interview are very low for the past 3 to 4 years. Maximum of 60% to 70 % students are only placed on the campus.My plans after getting degree are to place on the good company

College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

About My University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I influenced by my friends who joined in this course ,later on I adjusted with it ,the curriculum prepares students in which they are capable to understand in their own way with which they build up projects and expos and many more events conducted by the other collages to participate in it. It is a tough situation to deal with it because the minimal gap between the sessionals is 1.5 month so for students it a stress to cover the syllabus of all subjects and with project works etc.

Because, this college is located in my district and it has good overall view and prescriptive from everywhere. I got confirmed admission at loyala Chennai . My parents chose this because it's near and safety . In management quota, there is not much eligibility needed like high scores .
