Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

In each department, pros and cons are different. In biotechnology, course completion is good.Staffs and students communication is aldo good.Project work done by students is not really a greater output for their knowledge.Education system or any actions take there for project work to be done by students on their own even if it is very simple or bigger, they should exhibit their skills.Project only staffs should be allocated in each department.

Fees and Financial Aid

My parents have psid 1lakh in first year and there is a first graduate scholarship fees of 20000 deducted from it and 80000 is my first year fees. Then my second year fees get increased to 1.5lakhs as anna University increased the feestructure. Then in final year 20000 lakhs my parents had paid tutiin fees and the managemrnt students who didnot attended counselling paid 2.5 lakhs fees.

Campus Life

2.5

While studying in this college, I dont know what I am good at .Even in final year many students didnt go for any sport or extracurricular activities as there is no specific time for it.Hence, only specific students will be trained for it,who are previoisly district, state players from their schoollife.

Admission

As this college only had Btech Biotechnology course in Virudhunagar which is nearer to my madurai comparatively with other college qnd rven for my cutoff marks in AnnaUniversity Engineering Counselling in 2016.Counselling process is simple I have paid the fees with my mother and uncle and they taken a ID photo and after 10 days I joined the college.

Faculty

4

They taught everything in course structure vut the examsystem didnt improve students knowledge as many focuses in entrance examination activity clasees are very low, hence it affected the placements of them.Marks are strictly validated but the staffs should change their teaching methodology by arranging more Indusrial visits and references to get tovknow more about the subject.

Placement Experience:

In my college, on campus placement opportunitiesd for core biotechnology and life science fields were quite limited, While there were placement drives conducted during the final year, the majority of companies that visited were from IT, customer support, and non-core sectors, which weren't directly relevant to the field of biotechnology.
