Chef Sudhakar Director/Principal of BRAND CAI is one of the Culinary Professional in this country who has worked for the betterments of the profession and has opted for a very noble profession of 'TEACHING '. In my view Chef Sudhakar N Rao is the real celebrity of the culinary profession not only in India but world over. He has selflessly worked for bettering the careers of so many young Indians who will always remember as a Guru, Mentor and more as a friend. With his command and thinking about the Culinary Profession he could have easily opted for any option which could have given him the commercial benefits however he choose to help others to build a career for themselves.

Likes

Faculty are very good and the are very cool with students
Uniform and neatness of the college is too good
They have good amount of parking space in the college

Dislikes

College is at the main road will have the traffic disturbance
And we have to walk different buliding for different course
There is no security for the college we can go whenever we want

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college start from 5th semester the placement are not done in the college they will send you the send the name and process of the hotel of your intrested you have to enroll your name and then there will be interview and you have to get 70 or more to attend interview and you will get many chances too attend the interview.and my plans to getting degree is to join a good hotel and purse my career

Placement Experience:

From 5 semesters onwards students are eligible for campus placements but depending upon their attendance in the college. Marriotts, Oberois, Novotel (Accor group), Taj properties, Airlines (Airport) The average salary offered is 15k-25k 97.5 students get placements in all five-star properties depending upon their given interviews. I personally after getting a degree is to work in the industry itself for couple of years and gain as much experience I can.

For BHM&CT course, After passing 12th standard, I have applied to Sarada College of Hotel Management by getting an application form for Rs.500/-. After verifying the original documents, I was called for the admission process. I paid the fee and got enrolled for the course.

Admission:

The best management institute in Hyderabad

Remarks:

Only regret is they provide lunch everyday which is kind of less quantity.other then this I have no bad opinion/remarks on institute. Everything is fine and well arranged in this institute I hope they will improve the quantity of lunch from this year.

The college has 2 universities affiliation where a intermediate student can get from Osmania Univeristy, and ssc candidate can choose Nagarjuna university, Its very favourable to all the students who are interested for Hotel management.
