Remarks

I have selected this college because it is one of the top most NITs, it has very good placements, hostel facilities are also very good, college view is very good, there is good opportunity to explore new things

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses were interesting and very good, faculty is very good, but some faculty will not be so feasible because they will not think about difficulty level for students. Apart from that everything is good

Placement Experience

Placements are very good, most of the students will get placed, if no campus placements there would be good opportunities for students because it is one of the top NIT colleges and it would be somewhat helpful

Campus Life

Actually we didn't stay in campus for a long time due to this Covid-19. But in that short time we had enjoyed a lot along with education. There are good opportunities for sports too, there is a library where we can find books to read. There are many clubs in our college. Akshara is one among them, where students run this club, will conduct many cultural events, social activities, etc.

Beyond the classes: My College Experience

Placement Experience:

Our college is well known for its placements. Almost many MNC companies like Amazon,TCS, visit our college and recruit the top performing students.Students are instructed to do 30 days of internship in remote,hybrid or industrial online before their 6th semester.During the 7th semester, students become eligible to attend the placements. The highes package offered previous year was 21 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 5 lakh per annum. Here students receive 3 options 1. Placement 2. Masters 3. Government Exams . As far off noe, 98%percentage of students who opt for placements get placed. I want to get placed after finishing my degree.

The placement of my college is bad , the companies are not come for interview, the internship are not provide by college, the students only need to get intership and placement by own. No one companies visited our college no offers are made in our college The percentage of getting jobs is 60 to 70 only

I dont have any specific reason. My parents suggest me to study. But After joining the college I love the course nad college. They do have smartclasses and practical hours to study practically. For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . The entrance exam for MCA NITT is NIMCET . i got AIR 7 in NIMCET 2022 . There are 45 general seats for MCA and also there are category based reservation . The NIMCET exam is conducted in June and form filling date is tilll April of every year. Form fees for NIMCET is 2,500 for general and OBC. The syllabus for NIMCET is similar to JEE . NIT Trichy is the best choice

This college has a good Placements record. In 2020, NIRF ranking for the institution is 9. It has good faculty to student ratio and Research Facilities are also very good.
