Remarks

Applied for other colleges but didnt get desired branch. So the admission is mainly through MHT-CET and now JEE.There is no min criteria as such. A score of 60+ in MHTCET would be enough to get any branch. The admission process was smooth overall.The staff helped alot throught the process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Mechanical Engineering due to interest in Automation and Robotics. There are total 25 faculty members to 170 students. Most of the faculties have done a Masters and some of them even done P.H.D. New teaching methods are used here mainly prohector is used. There was an internal exam and an external end sem exam.It is easy to pass internals.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible from 7th semester to sit in placements. As this is a tier 3 college not many companies visit. The highest package given is by BYJUS of 9l.p.a Out of 170 batch student only 40-50 got placed

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees for General category students is 75,000Rs. . With EBC scholarship half of the fees is retained. Also there is minority scholarship as well. The overall 4 year course just coasted around 1.5 lakh.which is quite affordable.

Campus Life

The Annual and Tech fest both are conducted around February. Lots of Technical books and Jounals are available in Library alongwith competetive exam books. Classrooms are quite average with normal school benches. Alot of Sports and Extra curriculars are done on campus. Also various clubs are also run by students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.
