During the admission process, I applied to more than 10 colleges. In first-round I got some other college from Pune. But before the confirmation, my Father got to know about MAEER'S MIT COLLEGE OF RAILWAY ENGINEERING and after some research, we got to know that this is the only college of Railway Engineering in Maharashtra. And I have an interest in the Railway sector So by default I was getting specialization through this so I opted for MITCORER. As per the rules of A.I.C.T.E, a student must have completed 12th (H.S.C) from a recognized board with the following subjects Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with a minimum of 60%. For Direct Second Year (D.S.Y) a student must have completed a diploma with a recognised university/board with NO A.T.K.T or live backlogs. The minimum criteria for D.S Y are of minimum 60%. The Admission process is all through the online registration itself which are known as the Centralised Admission Process (C.A.P) round. After the completion of the C.A.P round, one can also apply for admission at Institute Level. All the students are requested to provide the original documents for verification purposes.
