Entrance Preview

SRMJEE exam, I gave and because of its performance the college gave made my interest to choose this college . My rank was 16048 .

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is quite good as per the curriculum. It's a step by step process arranged not a lag is maintained in it . First year consist of basic subjects then it goes little high and come to some advance according to branch and then go to last stage in 3 and 4th year. The things which is good is with theory we can easy learn in practicals.

Internships Opportunities

No official they don't but through teachers we can approach for internships but stipend is not fixed.

Placement Experience

Placements are really good. They give a lot of placement training before the placements and lots of good company comes for placements. The training all the basic things and starts from first year itself . The job opportunities are basically very good.

College Events

There are lots of events held in our university in which the popular are Aarush and Milan. Aarush is technical event held for 3 days includes various technical games ,robo war and many things .Lots of other college also comes to participate in the event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's some what expensive from my point of view .Mine was 1.5 lakhs per month.still sometimes difficult to collect for a middle class person .But there are various banks which offers Loan at low percentage . Other than that we are having book fee and hostel fee

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, our college offers scholarships for the top five students in each branch. They get scholarships According to the performance they give in a semester per year .

Alumni/Alumna

Our college has s good senior or alumni network we have site from which we can connect with our seniors and get to know where they are working.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is well planned .they first finished the practicals and that to in different lots. The labs are good and chilled. After that the main exam starts.

Admission

First I gave the exam and then was called for counselling according to my rank it's a very simple process if fullfill all the criteria of university. The basic criteria is you should have scored more than or 70% in 12th. And must have cleared the SRMJEE Exam.

Faculty

The faculty depends department to department. As I talk about my department I never feel any difficulties in interacting with my teachers and they were never rude to me always helpful if i m in a problem. The faculties are well qualified and have good and appropriate knowledge of subjects.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Paramedicals pros and cons

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
