Remarks
I got this college in 1st selection, so I didn't attend any other colleges. No Quota for admission. The admission criteria for my program were based on my ojee ranking and 10+2 academic scores. I had secured 66% in 10+2 and I had secured a good rank in ojee . So I got selected for the EEE Branch of Btech. The admission process was very systematic, at first, I filled up the form, which I had brought from the counter and then I deposited that form in another counter and waited for my turn. When my turn came I deposited some amount and got my roll number with branch code. After that, I was sent to the class with all my other branch mates and after a small seminar, we went to the canteen. Then we're allotted to our respective hostel. And the very next day our academic session started.
Course Curriculum Overview
I Choose to do engineering in EEE because it was a demanded course at that time. The faculty-student ratio per subject was approximately 1:60. The faculties were all postgraduate and PhD, they are very sincere and intelligent. Their teaching method was so simple that anyone can easily understand. We had bimonthly tests each month and the tests were purely exam-oriented.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure was fair enough for a middle-class family. The average fees for all years as Bellow.: Tution fees - 80000 Hostel & Boarding - 30000 Other - 2000 I was getting a government scholarship for schedule caste through our college. I didn't get any placement in final years , because very few companies had showed up that year.
Campus Life
Campus life was very memorable. We had teachers and seniors with us , who had always helped us with study and guidance. Every year we were celebrating techfests in the month of March. All types of books and journal we're available in library. College had provided us many sports and extracurricular activities like dancing, swimming , basketball , cricket, football etc College had a gymnasium where students can workout , a cool parlour where students can freshen up their mind , a beautiful garden and a swimming pool.
Hostel Facilities
The charges for the hostel were fair enough for a student like me, who came from a middle-class family. For the first two years, I stayed in the hostel with two other roommates, where we had an attached bathroom. But the meal quality of the hostel mess was not hygiene. For which I Stayed On rent with my friends for the last two years. The local people were very friendly and supportive.
