Remarks

I clear the IPU CET and then I got DTC. And then I took admission to the college. The admission process was easy. I haven't applied for any quota as I belonged to the general category. The minimum marks or we can say percentage for applying here is 65 % and in our time we have to clear IPU CET also. After taking the admission college do an orientation for the Freshers.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chose BTech CSE because I'm interested in the computer science field. As we all know most students chose CSE as their career in our batch we have a total strength of 120 students and got divided into two sections. Each faculty has to handle 60 students at a time.

Placement Experience

3

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for participating in campus drives. Placements are okay many students get placed by themselves from other exams and many took placement from college placement drive.

Fees and Financial Aid

Initially when I took admission the fees for the first year is around 75-80k plus the university charges 40000 in the second year the fees were 1.2 lac but when we entered in 3rd year the fees increased by 12.5k and that too of the past year as well so in 3rd year we have to pay 25000 extra as we have told that the fees were supposed to increase from starting by the university but we didn't get information regarding this during admission. If we talk about the scholarships I have no idea about that.

Campus Life

3.5

Vikirin is the name of the annual fest that took place in college every year (before the pandemic). Now everything is online, we have a cesta society for cse they organize the different competition for students as well and there are other clubs as well but primarily faculty are more towards studies. If we talk about the field or ground no proper ground so you cannot think of playing from college team at a different level though we have a team in college but didn't have a place to practice.

Placement Experience:

Placements are both on and off-campus based. Placements are usually common for both IT and Non-IT students, Technical or Non-Technical. Students become eligible, in their final years to pursue internships or acquire placements. Usually students from Computer Science and Engineering avail more placement opportunities. The Medical Department have more options of Employability. Companies like HCL, Byju's, Extramarks, IBM and other local companies like Stambh Power Systems, Pieinfocomm and others have arrived. But the placement ratio needs to be increased. Off-Campus Placements are more successful. Highest Package can be 8lpa CTC to average package be 2.5lpa CTC, with profiles of assistance and associates. Atleast 30% students get placed on average. My plans are based on Learning in different ways.
