Affordable Place get get a Degree

This university is a mix of good and bad things. I particularly think that it can get more contemporary and lacks innovation. The curriculum should be improvised as well as the faculties.

Gave an entrance examination held by the University itself, heard about this university from a friend.

The course structure is good, got many things previously not known to learn about. Nice curriculum with influential people visiting this place from time to time. The course curriculum could have been more organized. Particularly mine was a hotch potch.

There is no guarantee to get an internship in a good organization that too with a good stipend. If your academics and portfolio is good enough, and make yourself to the spotlight, then you may get a good internship. The contacts of this university is good enough.

It depends totally upon the course you take. You can get a good job if you are in a journalism or mass communication course. The rest is upon how well you make contacts. There is no campus placement facility. But as I have told, the contacts of this university is good enough.

There is an annual cultural competition series held each year. From time to time it conducts various other interactive programs. Students are chosen for various games from this university and there is an inter region competition held. There is no technical fest held, only cultural activities along with participatory activities like speech, debate, etc.

The fee structure is extremely feasible, no doubt about it. You can get a graduate degree in almost 50, 000 INR and a masters degree in almost about 60, 000 INR. None of the course is expensive. You can get a good degree in a much lower cost then other universities charge for the same course and curriculum.

There are scholarship available for financially poor as well as SC/ST/OBC students of Madhya Pradesh. Also the university provides scholarship for students who manage to get the topmost and second topmost position in their course in a particular semester.

There is not much innovation developed here. If you only want to get a degree and have a traditional teaching and learning experience, this is a good reputed university. About the campus life, it is fine, not good enough. There are many seminars and workshops held, individual departments also held this type of programs. This university is trying to be more and more progressive but has a very traditional root.

I personally do not live in the university hostel. However the university does have a hotel, a girl's one. It is good, rooms are good, food is also good and healthy. A healthy loving area and environment. Security is very strict.

No comments because I personally never had any kind of interaction with any alumni member or network.

There are three internal examination, of which two are compulsory because, the marks are taken like this: two best out of three. 20 marks of each internal examination. Practical examination is held and a final theory paper each year on May and December.

There are no faculty specialized in the particular areas in which the subjects are taught. They are highly qualified, just not in the particular subject of our course. Very few faculties who keep interest in teaching and knowing were able to asses us in few topics.
