A Wonderful Jouney

I applied for BML Munjal University in 2020. Looking at different courses, variety of specializations and hostel standards I selected this college. At first I had to go through a personal interview which was taken by a marketing faculty at the university. Post which I was asked to submit my 12th score for further evaluation. Then finally I got scholarship as well. The experience overall was not that hectic rather everything was simplified and well designed. once I was selected, the university kept me engaged until my class started through several online sessions and interactions.

Course curriculum is extremely extensive and practical. Even in online mode, variety of digital tools are used for practical learning. The university provides you with well qualified faculty members. Most of them do have corporate or startups experience in life. The exams are most of the time based on practical learning and genuine understanding. There isn't anything sort of cramming.

the university gives us a chance to do summer internships which has to be social. we are also given an opportunity to do industrial placement in the final year of degree. projects depends upon which organization you choose to work with. university gives you enough freedom to choose the company of your choice.

Students are eligible for their scholarship in their final years. Highest package of Btech in recent year was 40 LPA. and for MBA it was 23 Lakh in 2019-20 top recruiting companies are Samsung, Hero , Google and KPMG . around 76% of the students get placed every year. if the placements number continue to grow as such then I would also choose to get places in those top companies.

The cost of study is quite high , provided if you are thinking of international immersion as well. but the university also provides several merit scholarships which one can avail. There is Hamari Pari scholarship which is provided specifically to the girl child with low family income. there are merit scholarships as well of upto 100%

The campus life at the university is amazing and so lively. 67th milestone: It is organized annually. it is multi faceted event that host grand spectrum of activities. Extravaganza : it is a cultural event which is organized annually. it is generally organized by a student club called Performing Arts club TED X BMU: Its an annual TED X event which is licensed name of TEDXBMU. every year there is a different theme and different spokesperson. Students have an option to choose between clubs or sports for which they get credits. there are around 15 active clubs of which you can be part of.

Your hostel charges covers you laundry and mess. you have an option to select between single, double and triple occupancy. these categories are again further divided into AC as well as non AC rooms. Mess food is quite appreciated and loved around. even if one prefers to not eat mess food he/she can choose for other eatable outlets available on the campus itself.

In interviews they basically try to check your understanding of the course, your decision making skills, they also talk about your previous accomplishments and positions that you hold in past. As they were all general questions no prior preparation was needed.
