Remarks

I applied for Datta Meghe, Terena, Thakur college of engineering. Being from an open cast I didn't have any quota for admission. The admission criteria were very simple as I easily had the required marks for getting admission in this college, I had 89 percentile in MH-CET and76 percentile in JEE mains. After my seat was allotted I just needed to lock the seat and pay the amount to the college within a required date.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in computers and then got to know about coding, so I choose to take computer engineering. Faculty to student ratio is 1:20. Faculty members are very experienced and qualified. Term exams are well planned and well organized by the college.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

for open its 85k it includes all fees like tuition, exam, lab and library fees. I was from the open category so I had to pay 85k but as my annual income was less than 8 lakh I got back 35k back meaning I paid 50k only.

Campus Life

Annual fest-IGNITE and Tech fest- Enlightenment mostly conducted in the month of January or February. The library is full of academic and non-academic books and journals which are easy to avail for certain weeks of time. One playground outside the college building for sports and other activities.

Not a dream college but a best college that is unexpected

Placement Experience:

There are total 8 semister for college placement from 8 semester students become eligible for campus placements The company that visit my college are TCS , ZEPTO etc The average package of my college is 5 lacs and the highest package is upto 13 lacs in future it has more chances to grow up The placement are dependent of the companies that visit with their criteria. My plan is to improve my skills and to place in a good company with a good package.

Placement Experience:

Placement on campus are less but yes students get placed every year you just have mentain a good cgpa and have some skill to get placed on campus while college also help to get placed off campus. the avg package is like 800000 while the highest is 1500000

Superb campus life

So my first priority was artificial integellence and data science ..but I didn't get it..I also have an interest in electronics and I finally get it. their 1:60 ratio of faculty to student and qualification of faulty is mostly ME /MTech and some are PhD holders.

Very good Education at Very low fees.

I choose this college as it was offering my desired course at very reasonable fees also the faculties and education is very good here,it has a very small campus and playground as compared to few other colleges in navi mumbai but i would say that okay if you just want good education , also the main event of the college happens in cidco vashi.and the admission process is straight forward if you wanna take admission throught cap just have to apply online and confirm admission in college after approvel....Read More
