Remarks

Banasthali Vidyapith is a good college for those who wants to take admission in CSE or IT. The placement for these branch is 100% and if you have any thoughts for electronics and electrical department please don't consider it. Overall it is good college apart from placement (till 2019 batch the electrical department placement was good too but in my batch-2020 only 6 students placed in core company).

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum is fantastic, academics too and faculties are awesome. There are varities of extra activities which are free of cost you can go through banasthali website all the activities are mentioned there I bet you will be amazed. Academics are good they provide you good amount of notes teach you well and if you are regular in your class you will be in 8 cgpa category. The faculties are so good you can't give second thought on them.

Internships Opportunities

5

Number of companies for internship are there. The process of getting selected is either cgpa basis or they do the hiring process. Some company give stipend and some not but the experience is good they offer good project to you.

Placement Experience

3.5

From 7 semester students are eligible for the placements. In 2020 the first company visited was cisco with the package of 29 lpa including incentives then microsoft, Aditya Birla, Honeywell, Accenture, mahindra and mahindra, Goldman sachs, Flipkart and many more. Highest package was 24 lpa and average was 4.5- 6 lpa. cse and IT has 100% placement but other branches are in 50% placement. My interest is in research field.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Approx. 85k per semester including every thing from tution to hostel and mess and whatever so, they increase fees every semester with little amount. They also provide scholarship and in your final semester you will get the opportunity to experience the industries, some company give stipend to intern and other not.

Campus Life

5

Campus is big approx. 850 acres and there are many number of canteen (they charge high and you can't do anything). You will enjoy this college if you find friends. A annual fest and so many tech fest organised by departments.

Hostel Facilities

4

A fan for every individual in a room of 3 girls. A separate study table with proper lighting and a separate almirah and washrooms bathrooms are common for a wing. Meal is good actually this depends on hostel to hostel and warden to warden but overall it is good ( no nonveg is allowed) and you can't rent room or pg. If you are banasthalite you have to be in banasthali.

Admission

To take admission you have to give written test and after a month you will get the call letter. How they select students noone knows there is no such cutoff system but I guess if you have good percentage in 12th you will get selected and apart from this there is no such gd pi rounds.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average but improving. Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. A few companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture (off-campus support), Capgemini, and some local Jaipur-based IT firms visit the campus. Most offers are for software trainee, support, testing, or analyst roles. The average package is around 3–4 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 8–10 LPA (mostly off-campus or through exceptional performance). Around 60–70% students get placed through campus or combined on/off-campus efforts.

Semester 5th students become eligible for campus placements. Many small companies have visited my university and held campaigns and various events to find the skilled workers for their company. The average package is around 20-30 lakh per annum and the highest was around 50-60 lakh. 60% of students get placement in different companies. After getting my degree i would apply for a job in a good company and will get settled there .

In my college there are very good placement chances if you score good marks and be a good student there and we can get an average package of 4 to 5 lakhs per annum and if we are better than if you are very good student we can also get more than 10 lakhs per annum it all depends on us because we have to study and we have to take out chances but if I don't get any employment from there I will start doing it off campus and will do my own business or something like that but I will definitely try hard to get a placement from this college because it is very good and I want to get I am job from this college to start my life of making money

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of bcom course, in which i am enrolled is not much relevant, I have learnt literally the basic of accountancy in my 1sem, something that was taught to me in class 11 itself. And yes, The curriculum does not prepare us for real world problems or projects. Curriculum is very old and irrelevant that a student can't even find a job i market after graduating from our college. Exams are held on irregular timing every year, many times they get postponed for no reason. The difficulty level of exam is not much, Exams are easy to pass. You just have to fill the copies, rest work will ne done by the examiner, whether the answer is genuine or not ????
