College of Nursing is one of the colleges of the SVIMS university. At present (2021-22 admission calendar), the admissions process may be done with EAPCET ( like EAMCET) merit based. As year by year, the number of applying students is increased. In the Admission procedure, admissions are not only applicable for BSc Nursing but also acceptable to many courses like Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Allied Health Sciences and other Paramedical Courses too. SVIMS University also has its own medical college named Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women only. In SVIMS University courses more female domination. But, the certificate has more value and demand when compared to any other college.
