DNYANESH AHENDGE's Review On RMD Sinhgad School Of Engineering -[RMDSSOE], Pune

I appeared for JEE and CET. I had interested in construction so took civil engineering as my course.

I haven't faced any elective subjects yet because we have that option only in 4th year. But if I want to talk about the overall course curriculum than it can be done way better than it is now because it's like you have to study the whole syllabus or all subjects which you are not interested in but still u have to do it because it's in the pattern.

No it's strictly in our rules that internship is not allowed . But why I don't understand because as per to my survey with the students who have completed there engineering they say without any experience we have no demand outside the campus . And doing internship may also increase our interest on particular subject but no our college has strictly said that internship is not allowed.

Our college has a tie up with sinhagad college so if you want a good company than you need to be overall in distinction than u get selected for centralised placement which is held in vadgaon campus or else there are few companies which approach our college for placement .

Talking about events then the overall percentage of events celebrated in our college is less but still they are celebrated very well . If we remove all the politics from the events than it will be awesome . Events held are tectonics which is a 5 day even in that we have to arrange games puzzles and competition for the students its fun and awesome event.

No there is no scholarship or any loan facility provided by our college . But u can apply for education loans from banks. The college should atleast start and instalment based . Or they should atleast start some loan facility .

The exam structure depends upon university of Pune . According to there time table our college conducts exams . For First year and second year we have to apply for 2 online which contain 25 marks each and than for mid sem there is a theory paper of 50 marks the passing criteria is overall 40 including online and theory .And for 3rd and 4th year they conduct and in sem of 30 marks and than mid sem of 70 marks.

First o got selected through the common entrance system of engineering. The selection is dependent upon your CET or JEE marks .Than depending upon the merit list you get the college and then we have to go with all document to the college and apply for the admission with a small and easy process.
