I missed the first phase counseling because for some genuine reason I was not in Lucknow and then I opted for the second phase counseling session I choose ba Hons in social work and subs subjects as English and ancient Indian history.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opt B.A Hons in social work because I like to do welfare and social work in my society like if a dog is sick I took it to the doctor and by this, I want to study social work. My social work faculty is helping classes are on regular basis .for every topic there is other faculty .mainly Dr and PhD teachers are there .there is 6-month semester wise exam and they taught good enough to qualify for the exam
Internships Opportunities
At my college, many companies came every year and offer good placements like HP, HCL, OPPO, REALME, AMAZON, etc. And some NGOs tie up with lu to give job opportunities to the students by taking interviews and seeing students put and overall performance in the university.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible after 6 semesters for campus placement.Companies like Aegis ,Bajaj ,domino's,Hp,Hcl etc.and made many offers.They give annual package of 4 to 9 lakh.About 15 percent students annually got placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are not high for regular courses but if you are doing hons course then it will cost high charges .There are many scholarships scheme by university like Chhatra Kalyan Scholorship,Indira Gandhi Scholarship,SC ST Scholorship ect.
Campus Life
There are many fests held like confluence2021 between 5th July to 11 July. Centennial celebration .Litrary And Science fest and by every department cultural programs are held. There are 2 library in LU in which 99percent availability of books which you want to study.Sports like basketball,Cricket ,football are in LU and NCC is also available .
