I searched so many colleges around villupuram. IFET has the best lab and infrastructure facility to carry on the Civil Engineering course. IFET has been awarded Institutional Associate by ICI Pondicherry. IFET College signed MoU with NHAI so that internships in government organizations are possible. As it is an autonomous institution syllabus is updated Yearly based on industrial requirements.

Regarding Exams, perfect training is given by faculties of the Civil Department. Faculties are energetic and are toppers in their academics. The study material for the updated syllabus is framed by concerned faculty in a student-friendly manner.

Internships are arranged in PWD offices, NHAI Road inspection works, design works in firms like purvankara, shapoorji Pallonji, Prestige group, Tata homes, and builders available in the local Villupuram area.

Placement in Core companies is provided. Placement training is started in the third year itself. Students will undergo internships in industries. So that they get better industrial links. Entrepreneurship cells help students to begin their startups.

The administration department helps students to avail themselves of their scholarships. A scholarship test is conducted for twelfth-standard students for availing of merit scholarships. PMSS scholarship, Ex-serviceman Scholarship are some of them which we got benefitted.

Every month guest lectures will be conducted by eminent persons from the industry. Symposium will be conducted each semester. Inter and Intra hackathon will be conducted. The hands-on training session will be conducted.

2 students per room are allowed. Hostel food and snacks will be worth. We will feel like a home away from home. Sports courts for girls are available within the hostel campus. Separate internet room is provided.
