IBS Student experience.

First, we have to give their own exam namely IBSAT or one must have at least 60 percentile in CAT and after that, if clear the exams then we need to go through the selection process which takes place in the campus of IBS Hyderabad wherein GD and interview takes place and based on that score out of 100 students get selected for any one of the nine campuses. The minimum to sit admission process is 20 years and the student must have cleared the graduation exam and there is no upper limit.

IBS provides in-depth knowledge on all the management subjects by explaining the concepts to real-life examples for a better understanding of those subjects and also the faculties are very helpful in and outside the class for clearing all the doubts of the students. Further, the institute is very accurate and scheduled for taking all the examinations and evaluates the student based on the performance throughout the semesters. The student-to-faculty ratio is 1:20.

College provides various roles for the students by inviting many companies for getting a good internship for every student and also maintains a record of students learning throughout the internship. These companies offer roles for all the various specializations such as Finance, marketing, operations, HR, like I'm field of presales, sales digital marketing, etc, The average stipend is given to students is 10k for 3 months and the end of SIP each student has to make a project which will be evaluated.

College provides placements for every student with numerous roles and for which student is expected to be in their last semester with a clearance from all subjects. Further ensures to get a majority of the students placed through campus placements. Placement starts from mid 3rd semester and the students with more than 5.5 cgpa are eligible for it. Companies like Jio studio, DHL, IIFl Securities, HDFC.ITC, etc visit our college. The average package was 6.5 and the highest package was 18 lakh last year.

The total fee of the college is 8.1 lakh for two years which is to be paid in 5 equal installments. Institute provides full assistance to the students for the internships and guides what measures to be taken for learning from the internship program. Further, it does not hike its fees constantly and the amount is appropriate when compared to subject learnings.IBS also provide merit scholarship in each semester on the basis of marks provided in the semester which is generally above 8 CGPA.

There is a big annual college fest Konflux that takes place every year in the month of January in which various colleges participate in the events organized by the clubs of IBS namely M360, Digitalox, Salesclub, etc. Apart from that, there are constant cultural activities and webinars carried out by various clubs which help the student to not only focus on studies but also improve their social skills.IBS has all the amenities starting from the library, auditorium, and well-equipped classroom.

GD and PI take place in IBS-Hyderabad which is compulsory for all the students and the GD topic includes business news .current affairs, etc. GD is followed by a PI round which is taken by a panel of 2 members and they ask basic questions. Institute provides counseling sessions for the students selected for the selection process and also guides them about the group discussion rounds. The interview process mainly focuses on students' knowledge about the program, interests and evaluates their confidence for the same.
