Applied for Welingkar Mumbai but I was not able to clear the interview so I joined IBS Mumbai. IBS took its own entrance exam IBSAT and also accepts CAT score a minimum of 60 percentile. After clearing the cutoff every student has to go for GD and PI which is held in IBS Hyderabad and after that, a combined list is prepared and based on marks students are allotted different IBS branches, top scorer went to IBS Hyderabad.

I choose this course to pursue a career in the corporate world. The student to teachers ratio is 1:20 and the faculties are well qualified and also have experience in the corporate world. The following case study method for giving practical experience and real time industry problems. The exams were held continuously throughout the semester which includes cecs, viva, presentation, written exams etc.

College is also responsible for the internship- a process that is compulsory for the students for 3 months. Companies from various sectors visit our college namely DHL, JPMC, HDFC, GEC ETC. most of the companies provide stipends of 10K.

IBS has a dedicated placement cell for the placement process. Every year 90% of the students got placed via college and an average of 6.6 lakh is received by the students. Companies from various sectors visit our college like ITC, big fours, HDFC, Kotak, and various startups. The highest package received last year was 20 lakh.

The total fee of the program is Rs 810000 for two years, which is to be paid in 5 equal instalments. Financial aid is also given to the students if required and IBS also provide merit scholarship on the basis of performance in the semester exams.

There are so many clubs in IBS which organize various activities for the overall growth of students namely Kautilya, M360. Synergy, Tarksah, etc. The main fest of the college is Konflux which is organized in the month of January in which various colleges participate in events. The classrooms and library is well equipped and also has AC.

The admission process includes an aptitude test ( CAT/NMAT/IBSAT) on qualifying in it students has to appear for GD and PI round which is compulsory for the students. GD topics include current affairs, business news, global news, etc, PI round is taken by a panel of two members in which they ask a basic questions which can be prepared using various online sites.
