Great University, Average College life.

The admission process at Bharath University was completely based on 10+2 results. There was no such quota to avail for. The admission procedure was very smooth and easy. There were no Group discussions or Personal Interactions conducted. It was a direct admission. Scholarships were given on the basis of marks.

I chose Computer Science as it is in trend and has a lot of demand. The faculty members are well experienced. During the pandemic, they took the online classes to their best. The teaching method is very interactive even in online classes. The exams are conducted every month on the college app.

The college does not provide any internships to students. We are told to find on our own and get some official documents. The faculty members help us with internship tasks. There are students in our college who also help students to get internships.

The placements in Bharath is really very good. Many students gets placed every year. More than 100 companies visit to recruit students. Last year, the highest package was 35 Lakhs per annum offered by Amazon. The average package lied in the range of 7-8 LPA.

The fee structuer is 30000 per semester. I have got 50% scholarship on the basis of my 10+2 marks. There are different financial assistance provided by colleges. They also collect separate 15 thousand in the name os Career Development Fee and exam fees separately.

The campus life at Bharath university is up to the mark. There are fests or cultural events organized on the college premises. There are few clubs but are not very much active in the club. There is a simple playground where students are not allowed to play in the evening time.

The hostel of our college is so good. The rooms are small and have 4 people in them. The mess is stinky. The quality of the food is so good. They provide only rice for the entire week. The hostel bathrooms are very small and dirty. No events in the hostel also.
