I have applied for many colleges like KM AGRAWAL, SONAWANE, NARAYANA EDUTECH, etc but B.K Birla College of Science, Commerce, and Arts is the best college in Kalyan city so I didn't take admission in any other college. As I belong to the OPEN category I got admission in the general quota but the college also provides a quota for a reserved category like SC, ST, OBC, etc. Admission criteria of B.K Birla college completely depend on marks and cutoff system you need at least 78% for admission in BscIT course as a general category and vary further for other caste categories. The admission process was very easy and informative there and each doubt regarding admission was perfectly helped by the appointed staff members.

I personally chose BscIT as it provides a wide field for job opportunities in (IT) companies with good salary packages after completing graduation compared to other courses. There is a strong faculty of 2 professors per subject with a group of 15 professors for (IT)department and 3 batches of students with a strength of 45 students per batch. It also has 2 computer labs which provide good practicals opportunities for every student under the guidance of 2 lab professors. Faculties here have completed a minimum education of MscIT, MscCS, and BCA with an easy but effective teaching method that helps students to understand every topic in a fun way. Faculties here provide special time and attention for query solving and helping students to understand a topic in deep by providing them both theory and practical knowledge at same. Term exams here held every 3 months of the covered chapters which help to revise the learned topics and check the student performance as exams are very hard.

Many companies like Flipkart, Amazon, TCS, etc provides internship opportunities to students with roles like Issue resolving team, data entry, segregating, etc. with an average stipend of 15000 per month and an internship duration of 45 days. Projects like issue-resolving and data entry are done to bring the flow of ease to the process and working of the company. And students are guided and taught the professional working experience for their future.

Students who have completed their 5th-semester exams are eligible for campus placement and other internship programs. Many companies visit our job placement cell for job selection of big companies like Flipkart, TCS, LNT, etc providing jobs for over 120+ students. The highest package provided was from TCS and the package was 14 lakhs and an average package of 6-7 lakhs. An average of 70% of students are selected in every campus selection program giving wide job opportunities to students. My plans after getting the degree are for post-graduation from a foreign college in MCA and MBA course.

Fees are divide according to the facilities provided by the college which are as follows:- Admission processing fee - 250 Computer fee - 9500 Development fee - 2500 Gymkhana fee - 3000 Library fee - 1400 Tuition fee - 10850 which makes a total of Rs 27500 per year ( With an additional 15000 quarterly for hostel ). There is no scholarship in Birla college, but there is financial assistance provided in which you can pay your fees in 3 parts which makes it easy for financially weak families to pay their child's fees. B.K Birla college has the best campus selection opportunities with over more than 30+ national and international companies for jobs and internship selections of students which gives a great kickstart to their career.

Many annual and tech fests are held here with great fun and information every year including other social activities like NCC and NSS. Birla college has a huge library and reading with a good quantity ad quality of books with a large number of genre according to the readers choice which helps in boosting the knowledge of the students. Classrooms here have good lights and ventilation providing the required freshness to the students and also have sound systems, computers, and E-classroom facilities to improve the quality of learning and maintain an informative environment for studying. There is a good gym and sports campus with a professional trainer to guide students in learning sports like boxing, badminton, football, etc also increasing the fitness awareness in students. Many other activities like modeling and speech-giving programs are also held here. There are many groups and clubs run by students like NCC and NSS in which they learn social outlook and activities like tree planting, etc.

Hostels are available with both AC and NON AC rooms with 24 hours water and electricity backup with well-maintained walls and clean rooms connected to a big corridor and podium garden for yoga and relaxation of students. Meals here contain the full-day course of breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by enriched good taste and quality depending on the selection of Veg or Non-Veg food by the student. The Registration process is very simple the student just has to fill a form provided by the college and submit it by filling the and attaching their photocopy, identity card xerox, and a quarterly fee of Rs 15000.
