Remarks

I applied for various colleges but from all that in which I could get enrolled, I opt for SVIT because of its educational culture and the environment it provides. The admission criteria changes every year so cannot say about it. The admission process was smooth and very well handled by management.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was into computers, so chose the IT field. All the faculty members are well qualified and have good knowledge. The exams were taken quite often so that, our knowledge remains intake and were up to the mark.

Internships Opportunities

It changes year by year, and no maximum limit is there if you have the talent. Do as many extracurricular activities as you can with focussing on academics also. And you will get the result with flying colours.

Placement Experience

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for placements Many huge companies like TCS, Byjus, L&T etc. The package depends on the dept you chose. Approx 70% gets placed. I am currently working as a junior software developer.

Fees and Financial Aid

Approx 1 lakh per year fees including all extra spending. As far as the hike is concerned of fees, it was not in our case but who knows about the future. MYSY scheme from Gujarat government. And also got an internship in the final semester with the help of a training and placement cell.

Campus Life

Prakarsh is the name of the annual function. Very huge library with the availability of all types of books. Digital classrooms. Good opportunity to play from national teams through SVIT Coding club, vision etc.

Hostel Facilities

Quite spacious rooms with good sanitization and cleanliness. No meal provided in hostels but many restaurants for students provide affordable food facilities. Minimum 2000 deposit and extra charges for the type of room you select.

LIfe and Learning at PDEU

Placement Experience:

At PDEU, students become eligible after the 7th semester for the campus placements . Many top companies like IBM, Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , TCS and many more. the highest package that went in my batch was 13-20 LPA whereas the average package is 7-8 LPA as per the company and profiles. Mostly 80-85%of the students got placed every year. Some students also goes for the higher studies or for their family bussiness.My plan after getting the degree is to join a AI/IoT company at better package.

Placement Experience:

My college provide internship and placement from 3rd year of course and student must not have any pending backlog in placement cell. There is many company come for recruitment if i give some name is torrent power, TCS, E infochips, adani power many. The student get highest package is around 20 LPA and the avg package is around 3 4 lpa and around 70 to 80 percent student got placed every year. Current Details of SVIT

Honestly I targeted SVIT, because it was near by vadodara, easy to travel and timings were also good enough to get adpoted with. The fews structure and environment their is much better than other colleges. The admission process is through ACPC, vacant quota, management quota and SC/ST quota. I got admission through vacant quota after 2nd round of ACPC. The cutoff for ACPC in Computer Engineering at my admission time was 5000. And for vacanct quota it was extended to 9000 after 3rd round of ACPC . The admission process was smooth. The SVIT journey

I applied in PDPU(PDEU) and Lj university ahmedabad. I chose this college because 1) It is one of the best and renowned college inour region 2)The feels is comparatively too less.Yes my application in Nirma University(ahm) got rejected because i couldn't clear the cutoff of CSE of that college.The admission process in SVIT is simple you if youre alloted seat through ACPC or you need to visit the campus for management quota.The exams required here are 12th PCM and GUJCET or JEE.The exam most preferred here is GUJCET as it is simpler than JEE the cutoff of SVIT for CE was 7000 rank (GUJCET) this year....Read More
