Remarks

IBS Mumbai is good for its placement and teaching faculty from which students become more eligible. The placements process starts in the month of August. Before the placement process, the college gives us full training with respect to companies' requirements like aptitude test, CV, and Video CV. As per my knowledge, 3lac to 11lac packages companies come here and recruit around 95% of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I decided to pursue PGPM because I wanted to work with corporate. IBS offers the best faculties. In IBS, there are permanent faculties as well as visiting faculties. Some of the professors have completed their PhD and specialization. Every faculty has a good knowledge with regards to current market trends. IBS also organizes webinars for students. Since everything is work from home, the exams are also conducted online.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I got selected in SMC Global Securities Ltd, my job profile was to maintain the portfolio of the clients and it was an unpaid internship. There are many companies which are paid and there are some which give the stipend on the basis of the job performance.

Placement Experience

Placement starts in the month of August. Companies like multinationals, start-ups, and many more. Companies that come to IBS Mumbai are Deloitte, J.P Morgan, Axis Mutuals, Blackrock, and many more. The package is around 3 lacs to 11 lacs pa.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many internship opportunities are provided by the college. Every type of company comes and hires students of different domains. Many internships are paid as well as unpaid. I got my internship at SMC Global Securities in the finance domain. Where I need to main the portfolio of our client.

Campus Life

Since everything was online did not have a chance to be at the campus. Our college fest name is KONFLUX, where every club comes with events. We also have an auditorium, library, gyms, indoor games, etc.

Interview Experience

So, firstly we had IBSAT, after getting shortlisted there are GD round as well as PI round in Hyderabad Campus. There are actually no criteria for admission. Before, GD and PI round, the college provides Mock GD and Interviews for students.

Review of RICS MBA CPM

Likes

we had smart classrooms and beautiful public library. the college infrastructure was modern with touch of historical blend. I was staying off campus, hence could not experience the hostel life. However we did enjoy all the sports facilities.
The faculties for RICS where mostly Doctorate holders while some were experienced veterans
the Boy to girl ratios was 60% to 40%. we are supposed to where business formals to every class and our classes often has projects and application based problems, which was very much linked to the real world.

Placement Experience:

we have 100% placements, when the year i passed i.e., 2022. basis what i have gathered, 2026 passout batch also have more than 95% placements, while the remaining students are still under the process of interviews

Placement is most important. For Marketing students Company coming for placement like ITC, Amul, Godrej, Gsk , iide , and some mid size Companies And for Hr Also tele performance and so on .. For Marketing and Hr good companies But for Finance struggle to Get 60% sales base company And remaining 40% good. Like INSYNC, Hdfc life , Most of Banks comes Kotak , icici , Axis, hdfc

Likes

Infrastructures of the college are good.
Facilities provided by the college are good.
The placements and the companies visiting are good.

Dislikes

I disliked the social life of the college.
I disliked the fact that the college did not organize anything such as festivals or functions during our academic year.
I disliked the food in the college campus.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

My College Review

Remarks:

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

Remarks:

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

Entrance Preview:

I gave CET and I got 90%,after that. GD and PI was conducted and den I got selected. Because it's a industry recognised course along with knowledge widening course focuses on soft skills as well.

The admission process goes like Application for IBSAT or CAT, CMAT. They call the shortlisted candidates for the GD and PI round in Hyderabad The students need to give preferences of their choices among the 9 campuses in-country. I applied for ibs mumbai because of it's location, teaching and faculty. It was according to my requirements.
