Choose wisely-[VGI], Gwalior

I have applied for MITS College Gwalior. I have scored 70.3 percentile in JEE Mains but it is not enough to pursue B. Tech from the CS branch. Then I get a call from VITM they told me about the college campus, NCC activities, internship opportunities, and academics which is quite good. So, I decided to take admission to VITM Gwalior. I find that faculty members are really good. They encourage you to do well in your academics as well as in other social activities. We have a huge library, computer lab, physics lab, chemistry lab, and a canteen. I got 84.2% in 12 classes from the CBSE board and 70.3 percentile in JEE Mains on the basis of these marks I get admission to the CS branch. For the admission process, I visited at head office which was located near DD Nagar or you can visit in college too. There is a VSAT scholarship test by which you get scholarships in admission.

I want to enhance my knowledge in the field of Computer Science that's why I chose that course. Faculty members are really good we have a proper faculty-student ratio and we have mentors too we have different mentors for different sem and different courses so whenever we want to ask something related to college we are free to ask them. The teaching method of our faculty members is really good. They all are well qualified and educated. They used to teach in an interesting manner so every student takes interest in class and involves themselves in every activity. There are two mid sem in every semester and its difficulty level is similar to our semester examination so that we get properly prepared for our semester examination. Class tests are conducted after a particular interval of time to check the preparation level of students.

There are so many companies that connected with our college to give internship opportunities to students. Students can also start their own startup with the help of college. If you want to prepare a model of something and you can't afford raw material for it then college and faculty members help you out in that condition so that you will progress in every field of education.

Students are eligible for campus placement from the third semester. If the student has the capability to showcase their talent in a particular field as per the company's requirement then they are free for campus placement.

The fee structure is affordable for all. If you are not able to afford fees then college also provides you scholarships through the VSAT examination there is the availability of scholarships for several categories of students too. They also provide scholarships to students who are eligible for Pragati and Saksham scholarship too which is introduced by the government.

Queurth fest is organized in our institution in the month of February but due to lockdown this year we haven't celebrated this fest but we have organized a lot of online competitions by which students can show their talent. Our college library consist of a lot of knowledgeable study material and students are free to access all the resources. Saturday is the sports day so the students who are interested in sports can enjoy the whole day and other students can also join them for physical fitness. Our college conducts VPL i.e. Vikrant Premier League in which we invite students of other schools to take different sports and show their talent. The science club of our college is run by students for students under the guidance of teachers.
