Remarks

Ibsat exam was conducted. After clearing that we had to sit for the GDPI round. And then after getting clear we were in for the admission process. The minimum criteria were getting 50% and above in your graduation program. The admission process was very much smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I wanted to pursue an MBA. Ibs was the last option I had and so I took admission. Faculty are highly educated. Hardly there were 1-2 which were not good. Rest all were best. Marketing professors are highly qualified. Exams were conducted on time. Not all papers were easy. But then yes it's a full time MBA. It should be challenging.

Internships Opportunities

I got a chance to work with Kantar Imrb on data collection and acquisitions. It was the best experience working in a highly reputed company. I worked on 4 projects. One of them was CSEC study India where I had to conduct telephonic interviews on a random database.

Placement Experience

After the first year is completed, students enrol for internship. When college starts in June, students start preparing for placements. Companies usually come in August. 95% of students get placed. Companies like ICICI, hdfc, Neilson, and factors Pr visit for a marketing profile. No plans after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Every year the fee structure changes. For 2019-21 batch fees was 8lpa for 2 years. The scholarship was provided only to those students who got cgpa above 7. Yes, college does provide campus placements. More marketing companies come as compared to finance and HR.

Campus Life

The campus is just amazing. It feels like home every time we enter college. There are many clubs. Like you can't even count. I was social media head for Arogyam club which is the health and fitness club of Ibs Mumbai. Talking abt sports, every year a runnathon is conducted and apart from Student their family also can take part. It's a huge event.

Interview Experience

No, I didn't face any problem during any rounds. I don't remember the exact topics. But it included topics like Netflix v/s Tv, SEO v/s sem, etc. After Gd, Pi was conducted where there were 2 panellists for discussion. They asked questions like tell me something about yourself, why MBA, why Ibs, etc.

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

Admission:

When you are selected through your CAT you need to pass through the GD and PI round. The topic of GD is related to current affairs and we were given 20 minutes. The PI round was for about 15 minutes and general questions were asked about my academics, my experience etc. I gave some mock interviews which helped me a lot for these rounds.

Great College Experience-Virtually

The selection process consisted of an aptitude round followed by a Group discussion and a personal interview in the next round if selected in the first round. Value for money
