Remarks

There is not as such bad remarks for the college everything is really good i really liked the college and the academics the faculty is really nice and helpful.

Entrance Preview

Direct admission. Interested in course. The course really seems to be challenging which it is. And even it is kind of new to the people. The people are really looking for the mass communication. And people see this course as challenging.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course structure is really well organised. Its lets you explore. The labs assigments are are well organised and also gives everyone a chance to be creative in themselves. The acadamics structure is well organised.so in short the courses are really good.

Internships Opportunities

The placement cell of our college is really good. They help each and every student to get placed. And even when its the time for internship they really help us all to do internships from good companies as they also know that if you do your internship from a good company your going to learn maximum from them.

Placement Experience

4.5

As i mentioned in the last comment that our placement cell is really good. They have a tie ups with really big companies like bank of america, hdfc, appollo, and even many more. The averege package of placement is about 2.9 lakhs and the maximum package can go upto 15 lakhs.

College Events

4.5

There are many events which are celebrated in the college. There are even many fest which happens in the college. Like almost every month there is fest which happens which gives lots of student an opportunity to get involved with others and to get there ideas out of there mind.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of the college is feasible as well. Its on semester basis. And even the one good part of the fees structure is that everything is included in fees all the academics and the lab and the books and all everything is included within the fees structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarships which are offered by the college to the students to pursue there higher education if the student are really bright or disabled so that no one can lack behind in any scenario.

Campus Life

4

The gender ratio in the college is almost 50-50. Everything are really good whether in academics or in college infrastructure. There is not as such race discrimination in college its a mixed culture everyone gets involve in all the activity there are parties as well to lower down the pressure of studies.

Hostel Facilities

4

College hostels are not really expensive and even the infrastructure of the hostels are really good as well all the students living in the hostels are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are given on the sharing basis and the mess of the college is also really well organised the food is also good.

Alumni/Alumna

Everyone at the college are really good and friendly even the staff and the seniors they all are really helpful helped us all if we have any problem in all the circumstances whether its going to be academics or else then that as well.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is like that it happens in every 6 months. But like there is a test which happens every week for each and every subjects every week which gives us an opportunity of revision which i think so is a really good thing and the labs also happens every week for every subject. I think so its not at all hectic and help us out of less burden of studies at the end of the semester.

Admission

The course which i am interested in is offered by this college. And even the college is really good as well as well as really welll known in the world. The admission process in this college for the course which i opt for us really easy. Its on the first cum first serve basis on the seat system.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is really good. They all really help each and every students personally to get there problem fixed. If any child need extra help they all always ready to help. All the faculty everytime put there one foot foward to help each and every students everytime. They all appericiate if you do any extra work.

I was particulary attracted to this course because of its well structured curriculum, which combies strong foundational subject with practicle, industry- oriented modules. The inclusion of hand on projects, interships, and skilled based learning played an important role in my decision.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in psychology that's why I adapt this course. got to know so many things about psychology and which help me to know people better really help me in my day today life. But the professor need to explain more and do not give illusionary examples. Did they have to try to explain in real world scenario. The courses is difficult and the paper is so lengthy give three hours to write and the people is so many that the time is insufficient they need to give more time if they expect to fill 24 pages of answer sheet.

After the BBA Degree, I am planning for the Masters Degree for better placement. |

Amity University, Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Economics)
Reviewed on Nov 15, 2024(Enrolled 2018)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.
