Course Curriculum Overview
I like the world of computers and technology and it fascinates me. Term exams were moderate it wasn't very difficult but it wasn't that easy either we never got time to recover from one exam, while we got slammed with another. Faculties some of them are easy-going some of them are unnecessarily uninviting. A lot of discrimination is there between locals and people of North states.
Internships Opportunities
Internship offers are quite limited and most of them strip off a lot of students with eligibility criteria. I have done all my internships from sources like Internshala where the selection criteria seem fairer than our college.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester. 70% percent of the students get placed. The highest package goes up to 35 lac Companies that visit our college are: Google Amazon Microsoft Infosys IBM
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees per year are 3.5 lac exam and placement fees are charged separately. During the lockdown, it was unnecessary to charge so much because we were not using the infrastructure or the labs, or any other facilities. And then again we have to around 2.5k separately for each semester exam and all we are getting out of it is half explained ppts, from where they don't even ask the questions that comes in the tests
Campus Life
Life at the campus is mundane unless you really are ready to be a lap dog to the seniors in the club there is a lot of politics going around, no ragging or anything but the injustice is sometimes not nice to handle. The library is really well maintained and resourceful it's a good place to sit and study in silence.
Hostel Facilities
I availed hostel for the first year in college, and I couldn't be more disappointed. For girls, they have a curfew of 6.30 whereas for boys it 9. It's mind-numbingly suffocating our class used to end at 5 and by 6.30 you are not allowed to even go for a stroll. From 2nd year I and some of my classmates rented a flat nearby and it was nice and spacious and secure and also really the posh design of the whole society.
