Remarks

I applied to the international institute of professional studies through 'CET' but at last, the entrance exam got cancelled and we get admission on a merit basis, where the cut off was 80% I availed it from the obc quota for admission. For admission on counselling day, the students were given rank according to the cast, marks of 12 standards. My rank was 100 when I went inside after those 99 students where the most desirable courses were taken out by students who have higher marks than me. And what left was MBA tourism which I wanted.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

According to my experience of 4 months, the teaching faculty is very qualified and good. They teach not just from books and gives life experiences to us. I choose this course because the travel industry is another leg for our GDP to grow before covid -19. I wanted to work in the travel and hospitality industry. This is something new i wanted to learn . The teaching faculty is very nice some of them are visiting faculty who do another job plus they teach us and are very qualified and understandable. We have 3 internal exams one in 3 months and the final exams at the end easy to pass because our teachers teach us so well.

Internships Opportunities

3

I got a very interesting opportunity of internship at Thomas Cook travel company but I got failed in it yet I got another opportunity too in Thomas cook but lockdown happens and didn't get to work with them.

Placement Experience

3

I don't have very deep knowledge about it honestly because I only attended college for barely 4 months and lockdown happened. Because of lockdown, I didn't get to know more about the college and other stuff.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our fees structure for each semester is like 16500 for tuition fees and the remaining 16500 for maintenance fees, student fees, premises fees. We submit a scholarship form at college to get accepted, but due to covid-19, I haven't received my scholarship from the first year yet now I am in my second year finals. According to my in this covid -19, they should reduce our fees as we are attending our college online but they aren't. They do financial assistance they give us facilities like students loan, payment of fees in instalments. I have heard of campus placement where 3 students from our course got placement.

Campus Life

3

There are many fests which are organised by students and by colleges like scenery, tourists, fests, and some more. The library is very cosy and nice with books we want, classrooms are also nice, there are many clubs, and groups like iipsians Instagram Handel and many more

Hostel Facilities

3

According to my, I have been to a private hostel but the government hostel is much better. Private hostels have better rooms but government hostel does not. The private hostel doesn't provide good quality food as I have eaten in my government hostel We have to get registered our self from the office and get the hostel alloted then we have to pay challan of 12000 plus some extra money as caution money. Our warden is very nice for us we get security but the water supply is not very well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum is fairly relavant and covers core subjects in depth . whichinflunced my decisions to join the program .it provides a strong foundation for both real=world applications and higher studies. some parts of the curriculam could be udated to include newer technologies and trends . more practical sessions industry based projects and workshops would help bridge the gap between theory and real world skill. Exams are conducted twice a semester mid term and end term with regular internal assessments. the diffilculty level is modderate to high depending on the subject but m,anageble with regular classes . overall the curriculam is ,structured and balanced though theres a room for enhancement in practical exposure and flexibility.

Major recruitment companies for BBA are IDFC first bank, Intellipat, Artech, Oneinsure, etc. The highest package offered so far in BBA is 9LPA and the lowest is 2.75LPA. So far in BBA only 2-3 students got placed. After completing this course I'm deciding to opt for masters.
