Remarks

I have applied for NIT's and IIIT's but due to the low financial stability of the family and thinking about the distance I am unable to join them. It was as usual. There will be an admission panel at the time of admissions that takes care of students who comes for admissions. The college takes admission directly through counseling or management quota. The minimum marks would be 60% from your previous year and there shouldn't be any backlogs by the time you come for admissions. The age of the individual must be 17or above. The head of the department verifies all your previous performances. The admission process would be smooth. They explain to you all the facilities available and what to do as a student.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

My passion for computers and new technologies made me take this course. Each and every department here employs nearly 50 people including working and non-working staff. Faculty are experienced although we have some freshly joined faculties. The teaching methodology will be adequate enough to make you pass through your semester exams. But still, as BTech will never give you a spoon-feeding experience as like lower classes one has to prepare himself for the industry. There are 3 terms per semester and there will be a 1&1/2 month gap between term 1 &term 2. whereas term 3 will be conducted with a gap of 1 week after term 2. I would not tell you that the terms would be too much difficult that you're gonna fail in them. One who's not attending regular classes can also manage to pass if he studies one night before the test. But the most important thing that one has to remember is the attendance of 85% is a must for giving semester exams though we don't maintain it's secondary.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Internships aren't provided by the college. But each individual must have to do the internship before entering the final year . There are many major projects that college students have completed and some are under progress. An automatic water purifier from the air is a recognized and patent project that one of our seniors completed. And one more project is the automatic sensor the notifies farmers about the fertilizers and pesticides he has to use

Placement Experience

3

College offers placements. From the 7th semester, you're eligible to take interviews. All the top MNC's like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, cognizant, etc. Visits the college during the final year. Many students get placed in major IT firms. The highest package is 8LPA and the average is 3.5LPA. 60-70% of the people get placed in these major IT firms. I would love to do my job after getting a degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of any department depends on two factors. Firstly through which quota you're taking admission and Secondly, if you're from management quota it depends on when you're taking. There will not be any financial assistance from the college and we will not get any scholarships. They just provide you opportunities for jobs it's you who have to achieve it. Still, I'm in third year I'm not plabed yet.

Campus Life

3

The campus is completely filled with greenary . There would be an annual fest sambrahmana. It is conducted in the month of May. Before o e week of the annual fest tech fests of each department start which you can participate and earn some prize money and certificates. We have a Library in EC block we have both digitals as well as manual Libraries. Tech journals are available For each class, we have a lengthy blackboard and screen, projector, and classrooms are completely ventilated. Classrooms are monitored using CC tv cameras by the HOD of the department. Strict actions are taken. We have an E-cell in our college under the HRD department where we can make our projects.

Hostel Facilities

4

Usually, there is a myth that hostels would be very congestive and no place to roam. But irrespective of this myth our hostels offer great scenery and we have so much of a pleasant place to chill out with friends in the evng. To play sports for walking. It is tightly secured with a watchman all over the day and night. The hostel food would be something that you can adjust for with time. The girl's hostel is nearly 3kms away from the college whereas the boy's hostel is in front of the college. College provides continuous bus facilities for hostel students. At the time of admission, we have to opt for hostel admission. It is affordable when compared to hostels in Bangalore.

Other Applied Colleges

NIT, surat | bachelor of engineering (electrical and communication engineering)

I had a passion for studying in Nit's. As this college can't meet the standards of NIT I didn't opt

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.
