Amity University is one of the best universities in India and I have a dream to be a part of this university So I have applied for Masters in Journalism and Mass communication in this university. For the admission I have applied through online and after that I have informed through Admission Microsite that my application is selected and recived a interview letter.I got the seat to this university based the video responses to the questions posted through the Video Link available on Admission Microsite.

Course Curriculum Overview

I always want to be a journalist and I am enjoying the topics related with journalism and mass communication while studying. So I have chosen this course. The curriculum which is offered by my university is very much helpful to learn the theory and practical knowledges in journalism and mass communication.The course curriculum includes Radio programming and scheduling, Development communication, advertising concepts and principles etc. I also got the opportunity to learn the foreign language like French, German and Spanish. Faculty members are highly qualified and they taught us in a very interactive way.

Course Fees: INR 220000 per year

Placement Experience

After completing the two years masters in Jounalism and Mass communication my university provides 100% placement in different event companies, advertising companies, and mostly print media companies. The median salary package which is provided for this course is 3 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fees of my course is 2 lakh 20 thousand and per semseter fees is near about 55 thousands. My university provides scholarship facility to enocourage us and the scholarships are given on merit basis. Some other scholarship schemes are like sports scholarship, Martyr's Scholarship. I got the 20% scholarship as I have fulfilled the eligibility criteria( miimum 90% marks in Higher Secondary level and minimum 75% marks in Graduation) of this scholarship.

Campus Life

I am really blessed to have such a wonderful campus life with the facilities of spacious and air conditioned classroom, audio visual teaching aids, E-learning studio, State of art auditorium, free wifi connectivity throughout the campus, Central Library stocked with near about 2 lakhs books, periodicals, national and international libraries.Besides I was also the member of Amizone Amity Internet Zone which allows easy access to these journals. Moreover my university have organised several cultural events, Annual Fest in every year. I have enjoyed a lot in Freshers welcome program.
